It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), before you apply so that you understand fully the commitment we make to you as a training Provider, and your obligations to us. Among other things, it explains who we are, how we will deliver Programs to you, how you, or we, can terminate the Contract, and what to do if there is a problem or you wish to make a complaint. These Terms form the basis of the relationship between Transition Training Centre and any applicant of our Program.

Who we are: We are Transition Training Centre registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Our Training Centre is registered under the commercial registration 123535-1.

Programs: a course of study carried out at the training centre.
Program Fees: mean the fees applicable to your Program, as set out on our Website.
Program Materials: means any learning materials supplied by us to you as part of your enrolment on the Program.
5. Changes to the Program:
5.1 If you wish to transfer to another Program:
5.1.1 Before you start: If you apply to transfer to another Program before you start, we will confirm if this is possible and inform you of any relevant changes, such as Fees or timing, to help you decide if you wish to proceed.
5.1.2 After you have started: If you apply to transfer to another Program after you have started, you cannot transfer once started Program.
5.1.3 Fees: In both cases, if you have already paid the fees for your original Program, we will refund the difference if the fees of your new Program are lower; you will pay the difference to us if the fees of your new Program are higher. Please see our Refund Policy.
5.2 Our rights to make changes to the Program: We may change elements of the Program for various reasons including legal and regulatory changes; correcting errors or omissions.
6. Providing the Program:
6.1We undertake to deliver the services associated with the Program to you until the Program is completed.
7. Terminating the Contract:
7.1 One started program you cannot cancel the contract.
8.1 Complaints Procedure: we have a complaints procedure that is accessible via our Website and If you have any questions or complaints about the Program or the Program Materials, please contact us by telephone, by email.
9.1 Where to find the Program Fees: Program Fees are set out in the Prospectus, on our Website and as confirmed on your Application.

- The delivery of the program will be delivered in the training Centre as agreed by both parties, and within the timing agreed by both parties when agreeing to the program terms and conditions.

12. Refund Policy:
All Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable.
Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
